Please accept our grateful thanks for all your help with the delivery of our furniture. Not only was the item delivered within just 5 days (including a weekend ) but we were telephoned earlier in the day to warn of its arrival, allowing us to be at the property to take delivery. When we later found a small damaged area we thought it would take forever to rectify the problem but no, again we were thrilled to be told you would be replacing the damaged part within the next four days !. The delivery team also need a mention here. They considered the pale carpeting and removed the wooden framework covering the glass before bringing it upstairs for us.
